GP Emergency balance! All Grameenphone prepaid customers are eligible for emergency balance GP users can get loan maximum up to 100 Taka. Customers can use emergency balance at any local voice call & SMS.

GP Emergency Balance (Loan):

  • The GP subscriber can get the minimum 11 Taka  from the maximum of 100 Taka.
  • Dial *121*1*3# (charge free) for emergency balance.
  • Customers can avail emergency balance at any emergency.
  • The amount of emergency balance can be used in any case.
  • The amount of emergency balance can be used for any voice call and any SMS (including SMS in ports).
  • The Emergency balance will be available based on the amount of money the customer consumes in the month.
  • Dial *121*1010*2# to know the amount of emergency amount number.
  • An incoming SMS, monthly subscription fee and an EDGE charge will be charged from emergency balance
  • Minutes purchased (eg bundle) and other free bonus will be used prior to the emergency balance.
  • Can not accept roaming service in emergency balance
  • Emergency balance will be deducted immediately after the customer recharge.
  • After paying only the emergency balance, the customer can enjoy the emergency balance again.
  • Customers can check the amount of emergency balance by dialing * 121 * 1 * 3 # (free charge)
  • Emergency balance will apply to product tariff and pulse
  • Customers need to have a valid original account to avail emergency balance
  • Other tariffs, services and pulses will remain unchanged

Other Conditions:
  • Grameenphone Bondhu,Smile, Business Solutions (1,2,3, Shofol,5) prepaid, Ekota (1,2,3,4) Nishchinto, Djuice prepaid, GPPP ,VP  are eligible for the emergency balance.
  • 5% SD + 15 % VAT + 1% surcharge will be applicable for all charges.
  • Skitto users are not appicable for GP emegency offer.
